Recently finished reading the book THE SPACE TRAVELLER’S LOVER by OMARA WILLIAMS and it is one of the best science fiction I have read recently. The story is full of life and the adventures are so amazing that they take you to another world of their own. The plot is intriguing, and that makes the book more interesting. I thoroughly enjoyed the book while reading and loved it
The characters are also well developed and the character of Erin is such that you will fall in love with her. The language of the book is easy to understand but there are some scientific terms you need to focus. The narration has been top-notch with an eye-catching cover the book is perfect for sci-fi lovers. The author has done a commendable job in representation, as the scenes were so mesmerizing that you can feel it while reading.
The description of each and everything has been pinpointed. The story builds in the first half and took pace from its second half and the climax will give you goosebumps …
The plot revolves around a girl named Erin Lobart, who is a bright young student living with her adoptive parents. It is the end of the twentieth century, and with climatic imbalance and floods & droughts there are limited amount of resources and land available to survive, and Erin is working with rescue teams to deliver food and medicine to the needy.
The story takes a turn on her 16th birthday when she came to know that about ten thousand years ago, an alien race was driven by ancient humans. They have returned to the earth more evolved, strong and powerful, and their intentions were not good at all. Erin was the only one who can stop them, but how?? Read the book to know the mystery that lies ahead.
Overall it was a great read and if you are into sci-fi, then this should be the top pick for you.
